On June 18-19, 2014, the third annual meeting of the Taihu World Cultural Forum was held in Shanghai. TalkingChina Translation provided installation and management services for 900 simultaneous interpretation devices in 8 venues.
In order to meet the requirements of this high-end international conference, more than 600 copies of Chinese, English and French versions of the "Simultaneous interpreting Equipment Usage Instructions" were distributed to the participants. At least 2 technicians are responsible for the issuance and recycling of the headsets for each venue.
