On May 24, 2023, Sony's large-scale brand event "Sony Expo 2023" officially opened in Shanghai under the theme of "Wonderland Roaming," fully showcasing the highlights and development status of Sony's strategic businesses in China. The portable wearable motion capture device mocopi made its domestic debut at the expo. Unrestricted by venue space, users only need to wear six sensors and wirelessly connect to a mobile phone to replicate real-time movements to 3D virtual avatars and enter the metaverse world. Sony Pictures' latest film, the sequel to the Oscar-winning best animated feature Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, will be released nationwide on June 2. The Sony Expo also featured China's first AR immersive film art installation for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.
