TheNetwork of International Culturalink Entities, directly under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China, is a general institution specialized in Sino-foreign cultural exchange.
In February this year, TalkingChina officially signed a cooperation agreement with the Network of International Culturalink Entities, becoming the winning supplier of its translation service project. The tender service of Network of International Culturalink Entities includes simultaneous interpretation, translation and video production services from Chinese to English and other languages.
